小池都知事の英語版の一部を紹介します。Regarding pubs and other dining and drinking establishments, from the perspective of having people refrain from going out at night, we request that they limit operations between the hours of 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. and serve alcoholic beverage only up to 7 p.m. (居酒屋やその他の飲食店については、夜の外出を抑制してもらうという観点から、営業時間を午前5時から午後8時に制限し、アルコール飲料の提供は午後7時までとします) 居酒屋は軽くpubになっていますが、イギリスのpubは日本みたいに刺身とか焼き鳥とか出て来ませんから、izakayaとでもした方が誤解がないかもしれませんが、「してもらい」のhave を使ってあるのは丁寧ですね。
